Often in Social Media people dive in, putting the cart (activity) before the horse (strategy) – setting up Twitter accounts and Facebook pages here and there without really thinking about why. I work with companies to create a realistic and achievable online strategy with measurable goals.
Although I specialise in hospitality, spas and membership, over the last few years I have advised clients in sectors as diverse as advertising, financial services, e-commerce, real estate, accountancy, PR, law, the public sector and travel.
